Reconnect Bank Account Instructions
For RASI to pull transactions, you will need to reestablish the bank connection. Please follow the
steps below to reconnect the account.
Anytime that the information used to log into the bank changes, such as username, password, or
security questions, the connection will need to be reestablished through Cash Management.
NOTE: Only the credentials used to set the initial connection can be used to reconnect the
account.
1. Hover over Cash Mgmt and Click on "Account Setup"
2. Click on the three dots to the right of the account that needs to be reconnected and select 'Update Credentials'
3. Follow the prompts through Plaid to reconnect the account.

I did this three times, and it says I'm already connected; it has to be a glitch with RASI.
