PayPeriodEndDateEnd = end of work week/pay cycle

Employee POS ID is used for Employee mapping purposes

Job Code ID is used for Job code mapping purposes

Declared Tips = tips staff have already collected and taken home

Tips Payable = Tips still owed to the employee that will be paid out on payroll
